《天体》heavenly bodies「霜の声」l’équinoxe is a zine/artist book comprising a risograph print on black mulberry tissue for the cover and laser prints on kōzo paper for the interior pages. Every copy in this edition was bound personally by hand. Combining photography and poetic text, the book expresses my fascination with the ephemerality of winter. With bare trees, frozen ponds, migrating birds and snow, I evoke the gentle exultation and grief at the awareness that their beauty is bound to the passage of time.
